Competitions and Incentives

You know what has been said about all work and no play. Well, we are always looking for ways to make your work life more rewarding and fun. Jokes aside, here are a few things we’ve come up with to date:

Awards

Recognition is no small thing and we like to make sure our personal carers get the rewards and recognition they deserve. Care Beyond Measure rewards those personal carers who have provided 12 months of unblemished service. “Carer of the Month” Awards are distributed for exceptional effort beyond the call of duty. Annual awards are presented to those personal carers meriting additional acknowledgement.

Introduce a Friend

Many of our personal carers discovered us through personal recommendation. We believe one good turn deserves another, so we came up with our “Introduce a Friend” incentive. If you recommend someone we later register successfully as a Carer, you’ll receive a gift to say thank you.

Training & Personal Development

Qualifications are essential so is ongoing personal development. We will assist you with further training and development. We have a mentoring team in place to support you, Access to vocational services, life coaching, mentoring, financial planning and other services will be available to you for free or at a nominal Care Beyond Measure fee.

Newsletters

We produce regular e-newsletters to provide up-to-date information about our services, make important announcements, launch competitions and fill you in on what's happening. You have the opportunity to contribute to its content.

Travelling Friends

Opportunities are available for our travelling friends, with relevant accreditations. So while you are travelling we may be able to assist; as you will find that we may have something that’s just right for you. Contact us.

From Jan, Dennis and Pete

“Last Christmas the three of us kids got together and had a serious talk about Dad. At 89 he is still living at home and his general health is amazing but the housework is leaving a lot to be desired! We are all worried about him, but none of us live in Bendigo so its not that easy to drop in and help out. Of course, he won’t hear about moving from his home of 48 years either.”
