12kms from Bendigo Post Office in Hargreaves Street.

What service can I use the voucher for?
Personal care, general home care (cleaning), community access (going shopping), travel to appointment (take you to your Dr.’s appointment), what do you need?

How much notice do I need to give before I can use the voucher?
48 hours before you need us and we would need to have had all the paperwork in place - there are a sales and service agreements that you need to have sighted, approved and returned to us.

What are your conditions?
We have very few conditions mainly that you have seen our service agreement completed and returned to us. We need you to pay for the voucher when you buy it and that we have a received all the information we need to be able to send you the right person to help out with what is required to be done.

Can I use for childcare?
We do look after children and our carer have both police check and work with children accreditation. How old is the child you are thinking of?

Are your carer Compliant?
In one word YES – All our professional carers have a police check, work with children certificate and have successfully completed their educational certificates in aged care and disability

How do we pay for it?
When you receive you mail pack there is instruction there – we accept cheques or money orders we prefer that you make payment directly into out bank accounts the bank details are in the pack with the voucher.

What is your procedure?
Our first step is to send you an information pack which will include the voucher and then when you have completed, the service agreement and made the payment we will be ready to go to the next step which is knowing about the care we will provide and off course we can have a carer to you on a 48 hour notice.

The procedure:

i) Mail out a sales agreement with voucher/s include service agreement if purchaser and client are one and the same.

ii) Receive sales and service agreement and payment and carer can be assigned with 48 hour notice (less with managing director approval).

What if it takes longer than the nominated time?
If it takes more than 15 minutes the carer will issue an invoice whilst they are on site and you will be able to make payment by direct deposit, cheque or money-order. I need to mention here that the payment will need to be mailed to the office as the carer is not able to accept payment from you.

What if I cancel the service?
If the cancellation is 24 hours or earlier than the booked time of the service we will be able to reschedule it, but if it 24 hours or less from the service time, the voucher will be forfeited.

I have pets is that ok?
We take a common sense approach to pets, we prefer for them to be on a leash and away from the carer, having said that a lot of carer love animals so it may not be an issue. What sort of pets do you have?

12 months from the date of our letter

From Lisa

“Our son, who is intellectually disabled, loves aeroplanes and anything to do with flying. He found a model plane club who was keen to have him join, but I don’t drive and he can’t travel by himself and am working when the club meets, so we really didn’t think he could go. Then Donna, our case manager, suggested Care Beyond Measure might be able to help. She rang Sam and he found another aeroplane nut who takes Ben off to the club every week, stays with him and helps him and brings him home. I can’t tell you what a difference this has made to our week and to Ben’s life!”
