Individual Support Package Clients
An Individual Support Package (ISP) is the funding given by the Department of Human Services to a person with a disability. It gives you the freedom to manage things your way. It lets you choose what help you need and who you would like to support you as you build a better life.
The funds are there to help you pay for the support services you need in daily life. They can be used to pay for new aids, therapy, respite care, home help and Care At Home.
With the funding comes the responsibility for making the right decisions for your own wellbeing. That can be difficult when you don’t know what options are available.
Instead of having to find services, choose the right supports and balance the budget all by yourself, Care Beyond Measure can help you plan your new and improved lifestyle.
No one has a better idea of the help or support you need than you and your family. Together with a Care Beyond Measure Lifestyle Assistant, you work out what you want and we help you work out the best way to get it. We’ll help you set some goals and identify the tools or support services you will need along the way.
Once you have decided what your future will look like, we monitor your progress. That means making sure that the services are the right ones for your purposes and sometimes even sourcing new ones. It means helping you stay on track and revise your plan if your goals change. We are always there to support you and help you maintain your independence.
Now the world is your oyster and you can live the lifestyle that you choose.
You can read more about ISP’s on the Human Services website.
